Dr. Pankaj Jha is the CEO and a Quantum Equilibrium Scientist at AILIFEPAY Inc. His work focuses on Quantum AI Foundational Super-Intelligent Energy Efficient Inference Model & Infrastructure. His research and technology interests span Quantum AI, Quantum Equilibrium, Semiconductor Devices, Nanotechnology, Energy-efficient Computing, Advanced AI Inference, and Intelligent Infrastructure.
Prior to AILIFEPAY Inc., Dr. Jha worked at GIANT AIBI in Palo Alto, California, and Intel Corporation in Portland, Oregon. At Intel, he contributed to front-end technology development for 10 nm Tri-Gate 3D transistor technology (P1274). Dr. Jha earned his Master of Science and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2010 and 2013, respectively. His research at Purdue focused on novel perovskite oxide devices, oxide superlattices, thermoelectric transport, and oxide thermoelectrics.
In 2024, Dr. Jha expanded his interdisciplinary expertise through executive and legal education at Stanford University. He completed an intensive, in-person Executive Education program in Finance and Accounting (FANFE) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in February 2024 and a program in U.S. Intellectual Property Law at Stanford Law School in August 2024. In 2013, Dr. Jha received an offer for a postdoctoral scholar position at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He elected to pursue an industry opportunity instead and joined Intel’s Portland Technology Development organization.
During his time at Purdue University, Dr. Jha received the Student Innovator Award from the Office of Technology Commercialization at the Purdue Research Foundation in both 2012 and 2013. He also received the Nanotechnology Student Advisory Council (NSAC) Leadership Award in 2012 from the Birck Nanotechnology Center at Purdue University. The award recognizes outstanding service, participation, and leadership within NSAC. Dr. Jha was also a Visiting Research Scholar at the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC) in Belgium during the summer of 2008. His research examined the experimental feasibility of the negative capacitance effect in BaTiO₃ and its potential application to MOSFET scaling.
