Dr. Pankaj Jha is Founder/CEO, and Quantum Equilibrium Scientist at AI-Life Pay Inc. An expert in Quantum Spin-Data Intelligence and Quantum Fintech, Dr. Jha drives the strategic vision for building next-generation Quantum AI foundational models. Under his leadership, AI-Life Pay is pioneering energy-efficient Super-intelligent Inference Models and Infrastructure to revolutionize enterprise AI and financial technology.
Prior to AI-Life Pay Inc., Dr. Jha worked at GIANT AIBI, Palo Alto, USA and Intel, Portland, USA. At Intel he was involved in Front-end Technology Development for 10nm Tri-Gate 3D transistor (P1274). Dr. Jha received his masters and PhD degree from Purdue University in 2010 and 2013 respectively. Dr. Jha completed an intensive in-person certificate program on Executive Education, Finance and Accounting (FANFE) at Stanford Graduate School of Business in February 2024 and US Intellectual Property Law at Stanford Law School in August 2024. At Purdue University his research was focused on Novel Perovskite Oxide Devices, Oxide Superlattices, Oxide Thermoelectrics. In 2013 Dr. Jha had MIT, Postdoctoral Scholar Offer which he did not pursue further. He received Student Innovator Award 2013 and 2012 at Office of Technology Commercialization-Purdue Research Foundation. Dr. Jha also received Nanotechnology Student Advisory Council (NSAC) Leadership Award 2012. Award Citation: "The NSAC Leadership award has been established to provide recognition for outstanding service, participation, and leadership for NSAC", Birck Nanotechnology Center, Purdue University. He was visiting research scholar at Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC), Belgium in 2008.
